2024 SEASON SLIP RENTALS

Here at Pine Knot Marina we offer a wide range of slip rentals to meet your needs. Whether you are just looking for the cheapest way to keep your boat out on Big Bear Lake or you would like to have all the amenities we have just the slip for you. Our Inside Harbor offers the most protection of any harbor on the Lake. With a full breakwater surrounding 3 sides of the harbor and the shore protecting the 4th side, this harbor remains relatively calm even during the absolute worst of weather. The docks in the inside harbor have every amenity and convenience available including electrical and water hookups. security gates, dock lighting, complimentary dock boxes, as well as other features. (Check here for a complete list) All the docks on the inside harbor have quality construction with Trex® Deck surfacing and aluminum truss structure.

The outside harbor has a partial breakwater and is not quite as calm as the inside harbor. On the outside harbor we have a wooden dock and two aluminum truss docks (J & K Docks). The wooden dock offers an economic place to secure your boat and still have access to the amenities offered by our marina. J and K Docks offer top-of-the-line docks at comparative prices.

Please note that Marina has instituted certain requirements for ALL facility users.

Your boat can not be launched until these requirements are met. The following is required:

A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE NAMING “THE DOCK CLUB @ PINE KNOT LANDING” AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED. THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF COVERAGE IS $500,000. YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF COVERAGE PRIOR TO THE LAUNCHING OF YOUR BOAT, FOR THE 2024 BOATING SEASON. NO BOATS WILL BE LAUNCHED WITHOUT PROOF OF COVERAGE. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO FAX A COPY OF YOUR CERTIFICATE TO THE DOCK CLUB OFFICE AT (909) 878-5750.

A QUAGGA MUSSEL INSPECTION CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED BY THE MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR THE 2024 SEASON.

A COPY OF YOUR CURRENT VESSEL REGISTRATION ( DMV DOCUMENTATION)

2024 LAKE PERMIT IS REQUIRED
